Inspection Items

    100% Incoming Inspection – Covers aluminum alloy hardness (≥120HV), tensile strength (≥200MPa), and elongation rate (≥15%) to ensure raw material stability.​

  • 2. Structural Safety Testing

    360° Load-Bearing Checks – Including wind pressure resistance (up to 5kPa), impact resistance (10J impact without deformation), and structural durability (5,000 cycles of opening/closing).​​

  • 3. Surface Treatment Testing

    Dual Verification for Coatings – Qualicoat-certified powder coating undergoes 3,000-hour UV resistance test and 1,000-hour acid rain simulation, with adhesion strength ≥5N/mm².

  • 4. Environmental Adaptability Testing

    Extreme Condition Simulation – Tests include low-temperature resistance (-40℃ for 100 hours), high-temperature stability (80℃ for 500 hours), and salt spray corrosion resistance (5% NaCl solution for 2,000 hours).​

  • 5. Compliance Testing

    Multi-Standard Alignment – Conducts full-item tests according to EN 14351 (EU), AAMA 101 (North America), and AS 2047 (Australia/New Zealand) to meet regional regulatory requirements.​
